Project Overview.

The “Vintano Frames Collection” project for the esteemed Vintano Hotel in Lagos involved enhancing their interior spaces with a curated selection of framed art pieces. Our company’s previous work for Albergo Hotel, located directly beside Vintano, had earned a strong reputation for its exceptional and high-class art, significantly boosting Albergo’s overall ambience . This success led Vintano to discover us through an Instagram post showcasing our Albergo frames, where we had tagged the hotel.

Impressed by the visual impact of our art at Albergo, Vintano contacted us for a site inspection and consultation. Their interior design reflected Igbo African culture, and they wanted framed art to match this theme. We were tasked with creating diverse concepts for their hallways, stairways, and waiting areas, resulting in a visually dynamic and engaging environment that added a sophisticated and artistic touch to the hotel’s ambiance.

Client Vision.

The client aimed to elevate the hotel’s interior by creating a visually striking and immersive art experience. The goal was to infuse these spaces with a cohesive and dynamic artistic presence, showcasing Igbo African art and abstract themes. This approach was intended to enhance the ambiance with vibrant cultural elements, providing guests with a memorable and culturally enriching visual experience.

They wanted different concepts of Igbo art for each floor and a full-service installation that included rooms, lobbies, staircases, walkways, and lounges.

Project Scope.

The “Vintano Frames Collection” project involved the installation of framed art pieces across various areas of the hotel, including rooms, hallways, stairways, and waiting areas. 

The scope included selecting and framing artworks that explore the Igbo African art and African abstract themes, and arranging these frames in different sizes to create a visually engaging display.

Execution and Installation.

For the “Vintano Frames Collection,” our installation team carefully transported the numerous framed art pieces to the hotel. They meticulously placed and installed each frame in the designated areas, including hallways, stairways, and waiting areas. The team ensured that each piece was perfectly positioned to enhance the hotel’s interior, achieving a seamless and visually captivating arrangement.

Results.

The carefully curated selection of the Igbo African and African abstract art created a sophisticated and immersive environment, adding depth and visual interest to the spaces. The installation not only elevated the hotel’s aesthetic appeal but also provided guests with a memorable and culturally enriching experience.
