The artwork draws inspiration from Jukun fabric, a quintessential Nigerian textile, and celebrates the nation’s cultural richness and diversity. It depicts Nigerians of different ethnic groups, each wearing attire representative of their unique heritage, arranged in the silhouette of the country. This powerful composition symbolizes unity in diversity, paying homage to Nigeria’s identity as one of the most culturally diverse nations in the world, with over 500 ethnic groups.
