Private Residence, In Collaboration with Primeone

    About the Project

Most residential spaces fail in the same way.

They are finished, but not authored. Designed, but not remembered.

This project set out to do the opposite.

In collaboration with Primeone, Murals.ng was engaged to install Giran — a mural piece positioned not as decoration, but as a defining cultural layer within a private apartment. The objective was clear: move the space beyond aesthetic completion into identity, presence, and measurable value.

    The challenge

The apartment already carried strong interior fundamentals — material quality, spatial balance, and layout precision.

    What it lacked was authorship.

Without that layer, the space risked becoming interchangeable — competing on finishes rather than identity. And interchangeable spaces, regardless of build quality, tend to compete on price.

    The intervention

Giran was introduced as a cultural anchor.

Not as an accessory, but as infrastructure for perception.

    The installation was designed to:

    • Establish a clear visual and narrative focal point • Embed cultural specificity into the space • Elevate how the apartment is read — by guests, buyers, and the market

Working in close alignment with Primeone, the piece was integrated into the interior logic, ensuring it didn't sit on the wall — but defined the room.

    The outcome

The result is not just a more refined apartment.

It is a more valuable one.

The space now signals intention, identity, and cultural intelligence from first contact. It holds attention longer, photographs with clarity, and stands apart in a market saturated with visually similar interiors.

    This distinction has direct implications:

    • Stronger perceived value in resale or rental conversations • Greater pricing confidence relative to comparable units • Increased memorability, which drives referrals and repeat interest

In real terms, the apartment moves from being one of many — to one that can justify a premium.

    What this project reinforces

Property value is not only built through square meters and materials.

    It is shaped by perception.

    Spaces with clear authorship:

    • feel rarer • command more attention • justify higher pricing

And over time, they outperform generic assets that rely on standard finishes alone.

    Giran demonstrates a simple principle:

When a space carries identity, it gains leverage.

And leverage is what turns design into pricing power.
