DIBIA is the Culture-Tech proposition that intelligence is not a single system — it is the ability to hold all systems at once and read from whichever one the moment requires. Named for the Igbo master of integrated knowledge — trained not as a specialist but as a synthesist across divination, medicine, cosmology, and social intelligence as one living practice — this wallpaper presents a face emerging from a field of many coexisting encoded languages: sectioned blocks, fine hatching, bold triangles, curved spirals, pictographic marks. Different scales of intelligence, none subordinate to the others. The orange circle at the forehead is the third-signal mark — the open frequency through which intelligence arrives from sources single-system thinkers cannot access.
